Mark Nguyen

Trombone

Mark is an original member of the 225 Big Band. He is a graduate of Sam Rayburn HS (2000) and of the University of Houston (2005) where he received a Bachelor of Music degree.  He is an alumni member of Kappa Kappa Psi and Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia.

Mark currently works as a music teacher at Sparks Elementary School and as the marching band field assistant for the Pasadena Memorial HS Maverick Band.

He also performs with his church ensemble, the College of the Mainland Jazz Ensemble, and with a rock band called the reckoning.
